Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the product type and order requirements.

Standard Production Timeframes (Warehouse Delivery)

The following timeframes refer to delivery to our warehouse, calculated from the order date and confirmation:

  • Sublimated Garments: approximately 4–5 weeks

  • Jackets & Hoodies: approximately 6–7 weeks

  • Polycotton Jerseys: approximately 7–8 weeks

School Uniform Orders

For school uniform programs, delivery timeframes differ from standard production timelines and are based on freight method and seasonal demand:

  • Sublimated garments (Airfreight): generally 6–8 weeks

  • Sublimated and other garments (Sea freight): generally 10–12 weeks

These production timeframes are average estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Time of year

  • Factory capacity

  • Public holidays or factory closures

Briz Uniform will confirm the agreed delivery timeframe with the school or authorised representative prior to order confirmation.

Door-to-Door Delivery

Door-to-door delivery time is in addition to the production timeframe and varies based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Courier service

  • Local or interstate shipping

Customers should allow additional transit time after warehouse delivery.

Urgent / Priority Delivery

Customers may request urgent or priority delivery for an additional 15% surcharge.

Urgent delivery is subject to factory confirmation and production capacity.

Urgent delivery is not guaranteed and must be confirmed by Briz Uniform in writing before order confirmation.
