Briz Uniform - Terms & Conditions

1. Business Details

Briz Uniform is operated in Australia by Briz Apparel Group Pty Ltd (“Briz Uniform”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Pricing & GST

    • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

    • Prices are subject to 10% GST, unless stated otherwise.

    • Prices are valid at the time of quotation and may change prior to order confirmation.

3. Products & Design Approval

    • Products supplied by Briz Uniform may include custom-made, customised, or standard uniform items.

    • All artwork, logo placement, colours, sizing, and specifications must be checked and approved by the customer prior to production.

    • The customer is responsible for ensuring all approved details are correct.

Artwork Vectorisation Fee

      • Artwork supplied as photographs, screenshots, hand drawings, low-resolution images, or other non-vector formats may require vectorisation before production. A Vectorisation Fee starting from $100 + GST applies and must be paid prior to commencement.

      • For orders of 100 units or more, the standard $100 vectorisation fee will be credited against the final order value. For orders of less than 100 units, the fee remains payable and is not credited. Vectorisation fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether an order proceeds.

      • Additional charges may apply for complex or highly detailed artwork. The Vectorisation Fee covers artwork preparation for production purposes only. Editable vector artwork files remain the property of Briz Uniform and are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Order Confirmation & Payment Terms

    • 50% deposit of the total invoice value plus GST is required to confirm an order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    • The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment.

    • Payment terms for approved schools or organisations may vary and will be outlined in writing.

Accepted payment methods include EFT, credit card, PayPal, and bank cheque.

5. Production & Delivery Timeframes

    • Production timelines vary depending on product type and order volume.

    • All timeframes commence from final order confirmation and receipt of required payment.

    • Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

6. Quality Control & Defects

    • All garments are quality checked prior to dispatch.

    • Manufacturing defects will be rectified in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

    • Defect claims must be lodged within 14 days of delivery, with photos and order details.

The following are not considered defects:

    • Approved artwork or colour variations

    • Size or fit preference

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage caused by incorrect care or misuse

7. Sizing Responsibility

    • Size charts and samples are provided as a guide only.

    • Customers are responsible for selecting correct sizes before production.

    • No refunds or replacements are available for sizing errors once production has commenced.

8. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

    • Order changes may be requested within 48 hours of order confirmation, provided production has not commenced.

    • Orders cancelled within 48 hours may be eligible for a partial refund, less setup and administrative costs.

    • Orders cancelled after 48 hours are non-refundable.

    • Once production has commenced, no cancellations or refunds are permitted, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Delivery

    • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be stated on the invoice.

    • Briz Uniform is not responsible for courier delays or events beyond our control.

10. Branding & Labelling

    • Standard internal labels may be applied for size, care, and compliance.

    • Requests to remove or alter branding must be made in writing before production.

    • Branding cannot be changed once production has commenced.

11. Intellectual Property

    • All designs, templates, and artwork created by Briz Uniform remain the intellectual property of Briz Apparel Group Pty Ltd, unless otherwise agreed.

    • Customer-supplied artwork remains the property of its owner.

    • Customers warrant they have the right to use any supplied logos or artwork.

12. Limitation of Liability

    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Briz Uniform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

    • Liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the affected goods, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

Proof Approval Policy – Non-Negotiable

  • All custom garments are produced exactly as per the final approved artwork.
  • The customer is responsible for checking every detail in the final proof, including:
      • spelling
      • wording
      • numbers
      • year
      • placement
      • orientation
  • Once artwork is approved, no changes can be made.
  • Production will always follow the approved proof, not emails, assumptions, or intentions.
  • If an error appears in the final product that was present in the approved artwork, it is not considered a
    production or design error.
  • Any assistance offered after approval is goodwill only, not obligation.
